Volleyball and lifting are my two fitness passions in life :) There's nothing like the feeling of spiking the ball straight down to the floor or reaching a new PR on squats. I love to be a sarcastic smartass ;) I love being humorous with whatever I post because we can't always take ourselves too seriously now, can we? ;P URL Disclaimer: This blog isn't about being "slim."
